We are looking forward to your upcoming stay at Steamboat Bay. Below is a list of items that we recommend to pack. Don’t hesitate to call/text with any questions.

DO NOT BRING FIREWOOD (Illegal to transfer in MN)

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SUBJECT TO Additional 4 percent

(we aren’t selling bait this year, we can’t keep them alive- stop for Bait in Walker, next to subway or just north of Walker at Dean’s bait)

SMOKING

There is absolutely no smoking inside our cabins. You may smoke outdoors anywhere on the grounds except near the gas pumps.

DOGS

We are a dog friendly resort, but ask that you supervise and keep on a leash at all times. Also, make us aware that you brought your pet so that we can add it to your incidentals.

• You must clean up after your pet and anything your pet destroys will be added to your bill.
• Please keep pets off of all furniture.
• Make sure to bring all necessities for pets: beds, dishes, gates, pet waste bags.

PARKING

We have a parking lot and ask that you park all vehicles and trailers in the parking lot.

Firewood Policy

Do not bring your own firewood. In order to prevent the spread of tree killing bugs, the state of MN deems bringing firewood from other areas illegal. If you need firewood, we sell it for $5.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times.

No lifeguard

Please be advised that there is no lifeguard at the beach or on property anywhere at Steamboat Bay Resort. Children must be supervised at all times at the beach.

Check in

Check in is at 3:00pm, but you are welcome to use the lake before. We look forward to your stay and have safe travels.
